The website

Hi!

I´m currently building the website for Annie's Sushi..which is the name of the portal. Was thinking about The Sushi Experience first but discovered fast that the name was already taken.. I send an email to Hiroko Shimbo who is the author of the book and she suggested Annie's Sushi which I thought was really simple and cool :-) so that´s the name.. 

The topics that I´ve planned so far are Recipies, Sushi school, get started today, top 3 lists, some tips and tricks and the online store.. 

In Zurich it´s a sunny day today finally but this is after weeks of non-stop fogg :-( well..that´s all for now..

Welcome!

Welcome to this blog that will be all about Sushi! 

I have a dream that is to create a portal for Sushi lovers all over Switzerland. Are you also one of those that just can´t get enough of those little makis, nigiris and sashimi? Then you are more than welcome to join me on this journey! 

The plan is to do a longer visit in the home-country of sushi, Japan sometime next summer 2010. It will be so cool to go there and to take in all the tastes, flawours and colours.. I´m very excited about the whole process and will keep you posted about the progress in this blog. Please feel free to write me your your comments and feedback - very much appreciated :-)
